Steps to Join

Register your Stokvel, Social Club or Travel Group by completing the Registration forms here

Minimum group must have at least +5 members

Sign Up with us and Buy a Membership Plan with Us. Travel groups can register their travel dates with us instantly should the travel group have sufficient funds available to fund their trip.

Important Terms and Conditions

Booking Reservations for the trip can only be made at maturity of membership plan. Travel bookings allowed are only for domestic travel and not for International travel

Booking Reservations can only be made by us, Kasi Drive and Tours

Bookings can be either done anytime however this will depend on the membership plan selected.

Membership Agreement must be signed by one or two representatives depending on group size.

All booking reservations must always be submitted through a request form.

Commission will be charged on each travel booking made

Members might have to top up at the time of travel, should their funds be insufficient for the holiday of their choice

Cancellation and modification fees will apply. See below table.

All changes are free of charge however this will depend on service provider's policies, and terms and conditions(OTA's , Hotel policies etc.)

All bookings may be made at least 14 working days before departure date. (Not applicable for peak season bookings.)

Closing Date for December/January Bookings

Due to December being Peak Tourism/Holiday Season in South Africa, most tourism establishments are booked out weeks before leading into the holiday season.

As a result, please note that we will not be taking December bookings after the 15th of November.

Members must have a general understanding of their Membership Plan benefits and Booking timeframes for each plan

Notes :

Percentage for cancellation is calculated on the client’s total reservation cost payable.

For downgrading of a reservation when a deposit has been paid, percentage is calculated on the difference.

When modifying the arrival date to an earlier date, no modification fees will be charged, unless the total cost is decreased and the arrival date before the modification fell inside the 30-day period

.If the arrival date of the itinerary is postponed prior to or on the date of the arrival and then cancelled at a later stage, the fees that applied at the time of amendment will be enforced if the amount is greater than the new cancellation fees.
